Overview

InstantTutor was expanding an existing learning app into a compact browser extension. The interface brings answers, subject selection, onboarding and settings into a small space that stays easy to scan.

My role

The client supplied the existing app branding and initial wireframes. I adapted the extension interface in Figma and refined spacing, settings and answer controls through feedback.

Design decisions

Keep answer actions close

Copy, Save and Explain sit directly below the response, making the next action easy to find.

Make subjects easy to scan

Labeled subject tiles help users choose where to start without reading a long menu.

Connect the supporting states

Onboarding, settings and account screens share consistent controls and spacing.

Deliverables

• Answer panel and subject selection

• Sign-up and onboarding screens

• Settings, pop-ups and supporting states

• High-fidelity Figma interfaces
